:busy:Hello again all!

When I click Start>Programs, all the programs are gone. It just says Empty.

I have an HP Presario\Vista Home Pro running. I did everything I could, no dice.
Can anyone here help me out with a solution?

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
