After a long time of trying to fix and look things up myself, I admit defeat and turn to you. I'm helping my girlfriend with some computer problems, so i'll just start :)
There are 3 problems, which I think are all connected to eachother, namely this:
A consistently popping up error of "Generic host process for win32 services" error, connected to an "SVChost.exe" error, and after an MBAM scan we discovered 4 instances of a trojan.dnschanger in her registry!

I have made screenshots of the error messages which can be found here:

If there's anything else I need to supply, please let me know and I'll do as soon as possible (i don't have direct access to her PC so anything will have to be done through remote assistance).

Thank you,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
