I am working on fixing a friend's computer. A few days ago, he received a popup saying that he needed to download a defrag program, which he did, and his computer's been messed up ever since. I've run Spybot, McAfee, and Ad-Aware, which got rid of a couple trojans, but one noticeable problem still remains. When I click on a Google search result, it directs me to a malware site, such as 64.111.212.229 or searchingn.com/...

I'm stuck! Can anyone help me?

Some info: Ad-Aware just found and removed the following:
Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT from c:\documents and settings\mag\local settings\temp\msmonitor and c:\program files\common files\advbho.dll

Thanks!
