I have an Acer 6920, Vista, and I have taken the following actions after the computer would not boot:
a. ordered reinstall disk from Acer
b. reinstalled the system using the four disk
c. worked with computer normally for three weeks
d. encountered the original problem again of not booting
e. tried to go back to factory settings using the reinstall disk from Acer
f. after 65%, encountered the 0XD00000A error
g. tried again, and encountered the same error

Is this a Vista problem, an Acer problem, or something that happens often?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
