This virus has been messing with my taskbar, browser, and I keep getting pop-ups which i've never gotten before. It tells me that my computer is infected w/ a virus and for me to download spyaxe to get rid of the problem. I have looked up spyaxe and found your website. I saw that others were having this problem and I want to know if any one can help me? What steps do i need to take to get rid of this frustrtating and annoying virus????

I suggest you read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

When you have done that, post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts.

Please be patient. The HJT Team members are very busy helping others with malware infections but they will get to yours.
