I'm having problems removing the google redirect virus and I've also found out that I have another virus which plays adverts even when no window is open. I've tried removing it with AVG, then tried TDSSKiller and Rkill (i think) but for some reason neither of these would run on my laptop...I tried downloading them from many different sites, but when I tried to run as administrator, they never opened. So I got fed up and tried combofix. It seemed to work for a while but I have the virus again...maybe it never went away. Although I'm not sure that Combofix even ran properly as I didn't get a log at the end of it.
So then I did system restore to 5 days ago when my laptop wasn't infected, but it didnt get rid of it...they're both still here. So I tried using malwarebytes and a search and destroy spyware program...still nothing. And I tried using TDSSkiller and Rkill again but I still can't open the programs for some reason!
Also been getting a few blue screens which is making me worry.

I tried posting in the other section where you put logs using dds and gmer, but when trying to use dds it froze, and when i used gmer i got the blue screen ):

Really hoping that someone can help me remove these viruses, I'm getting so fed up!

Thank you in advance.

I am closing this to avoid confusion.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
