How do i stop realplay.exe running on my task manager because my CPU usage shoots up to 100%
I disabled it in startup also auto updates in Realplayer preferences but still shows in task manager

Uninstall it altogether. Get Real Alternative: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/real_alternative.htm
Does the very same thing without hogging your system.
