DDS was not an executable file when it was downloaded to my desktop. I did however run gmer, the log for which is attached below. I have run other malware scanners which showed the following:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ndproxy.sys a variant of Win32/Rootkit.Agent.NSF trojan unable to clean

C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.Windows.Shell.HWEventDetector_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.2.3_x-ww_5390e909\shsvcs.dll probably a variant of Win32/Kryptik.YQ trojan unable to clean

I have posted about this previously, which may also be of some help. I have since gone through all of the steps that I was told to take.Attached File  ark.txt   3.35KB   5 downloads

Thank you,
