My son's Dell Dimension desktop starts up, we immediately get a Win32 error message. Wireless says its connected and signal is good, but nothing will open. Then we get a "svchost.exe - Application error" The instruction at 0x001a61ae referenced memory at 0x0000000. The memory could not be written. To shut down we have to hold in the power button. I have tried scanning in safe mode, Avast and Spybot find nothing. Tried downlowding Malwarebytes onto a flash drive but it won't open, tried Command regedit, but it won't open even is safe mode. Can someone help?

Try downloading and renaming MalwareBytes before moving it to the infected computer.
It should install after renaming it.
You could also try dragging and dropping the renamed malwarebytes installer into the run dialog box (which you can launch from the start menu or the task manager) or an elevated command prompt window and see if it will run that way.
