On my Dell xps vista sp1:

Tried to run Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware and Microsoft Security Essentials. Nothing worked.

Malewarebytes started the initial scan by disapeared within first 2 seconds.
Now it says it can't find mbam.exe, I don't have the appropriate permissions

SuperAntispyware starts the full scan when I press Quick Scan. Show that the Disabled.SecurityCenterOption is disabled.

Microsoft Sec: Ess. when I press scan it says access is denied error code 0x80070005...

Yikes, need help...

PS: ran the rKill which loaded and ran all the way through.
PSS: can not uninstall MSE
