Hello everyone. I have an HP desktop with windows 7 ultimate on it. I just installed the Adobe master collection about a week ago. It was running fine until 2 days ago, it will freeze up and I can't open any browser, email or reboot. I have to do a hard shut down and then it works okay for a while and will freeze again. Any help would be appreciated.

Open msconfig and choose selective startup (disable everything from loading) and reboot. Does the problem still occur? If not, start adding items back to msconfig one or two at a time, rebooting after each change, until the problem reappears and you'll have identified the offending process. However, if the problem continues even with the first selective startup it's possible we're looking at a hardware related issue.

Thanks for posting back. Good luck with your new drive - if you need any assistance with the installation let us know.
