Have just done something that I never do, sit down in front of the TV for a solid 10 hours of viewing of the Rugby Sevens from Wellington NZ.

Seven a side teams from all round the world compete for 7 minutes each way so the action is fast and furious.

38,000 fans, all in fancy dress, have an absolute ball. Great spectacle and a fantastic atmosphere. As I type the final is being played between England and NZ and both have scored once.

The question is, can New Zealand repeat this in the 15 a-side game. They have often looked superb up to the finals, only to under perform in the tournament itself.
