A nero secured password DVD problem

Hi all
I am using Win Xp professional with sp3
One day I have burnt a data DVD with nero 8 but I used secured the data with a password " I do not remember how <_< "
now I installed a fresh windows and whenever I try to get the data from the DVD and try to open it I get this message "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

can you help ??
