Have been working on this problem for two days and have managed to get some malware but not all. Browser is still redirecting when using any search engine Have used Malwarebytes etc. Not real familiar with Combofix but have used before with guidance. Just let me know what logs are needed and will get them here. Oh ! I'm not working on my system but my son's . He is running XP Home 32bit I do believe the redirecting is the only problem at this time . Any and all help will be Greatly appreciated

I do believe I posted this in the wrong place.

Hello,

I've deleted your duplicate topic as you didn't include any logs.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
