HELP!!!
I am running on Win 7... and I have this virus: Trojan.Brisv.A!inf and it's in 30 different temporary files in my user account. I am using Symantec (through my job) and I also have the Malwarebyte's and Anti- malwarebytes. Symantec has detected the (30) files and the malware software doesn't. How do I get rid of this? I get this pop up from symantec everyday. When I try to find the files I do not see them in the folder that it list.

Thanks!!

If you are using Symantec they have a removal tool on their website.

Try it and if you still have problems check back with us.

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team. I would like you to start a new thread and post a DDS log HERE and include a link to this thread. Please make sure that you read the information about getting started before you start your thread.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient. Help is on the way!
