My computer has been infected with malware or a virus that consistently creates the following problems:

1)Firefox browser redirect - redirects google searches to unintended sites and automatically opens tabs to new sites.
2)After some time (1/2-1 hour) Win32/ntdll.dll error message appears.
3)After a few more minutes computer stops responding to all input and must be shut down by manually turning power off.

I have run updated symantec endpoint protection, ad-aware, and malwarebytes on the computer, each multiple times, but the problems have only become worse. I don't know how to fix the computer and hope that someone at bleeping computer may be able to assist me.

Thank you,
ChineseRabbit
