keyboard problem

after a malware scan, i restarted my computer, i was surprised that my keyboard is not working . it is said that there's a registry problem.i tried to use another keyboard, it's not working either,i'm currently using the onscreen keyboard

Hi LaceyKat, and welcome to BleepingComputer.

I realize that using the onscreen keyboard is inconvenient, but we need some more information.

What do you mean by "it is said that there's a registry problem"?

What did you scan the computer with?

What is the make and model of this computer?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
