I had McAfee id "sfc_os.exe" as a problem, it seems that it is part of "windows sys 32". I think that it will block a printer port if you are running IE8. I'm in on rush, living without a printer anyway, i'm not going to be printing anything for a while, but maybe later. Now it seems to me that Microsoft should fix this? So what do I do, try to fix it, change my McAfee or do nothing.

There is a sfc_os.dll that is a valid Windows file.

There is no sfc_os.exe that is a valid Windows file, but there is one reported as malware.

I will move this to the Am I Infected forum.
