I have an HP Photosmart Premium 309 g printer. It has functioned beautifully with occasional hiccups that I could troubleshoot. Currently, the printer will print a photo, from my computer, wirelessly, without problem. When I try various troubleshooting approaches, test pages, diagnostic pages, initiated from the wizard on the computer, print perfectly. But when I send a document or web page for printing, the job does not even show on the list.

My OS is Windows XP Home, I am using an MSI Wind netbook. This has all worked both wired and wirelessly in the past but it has been some weeks.

I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the printer with the CD and another time using online software. I changed my cartridges and turned my paper over. About 2 nights ago, I got it to print out one - two page item from the internet but then it stopped again.

I seem to remember over a year ago, there used to be a straightforward troubleshooting wizard that finally got me to a solution that worked. But I haven't even been able to find anything on HP support that addresses this "partial" print problem.

I cannot even get it to work with the USB cable.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much.
