I want you to run 1st command listed below in normal mode and safe mode with networking.
The 2nd one, normal mode will do.
So, you owe me three logs.

1. Go Start>Run ("Start search" in Vista and Win 7), type in:
cmd
Click OK (hit Enter in Vista and Win 7).

2. At Command Prompt type in (or copy and paste):

cmd /c ping google.com>%temp%\$.$&notepad %temp%\$.$

and press Enter.

3. Notepad will open.

4. Copy all text in Notepad ([Ctrl-A], then [Ctrl-C]), and then post it (paste = [Ctrl-V]) in your next reply.

=========================================================================

1. Go Start>Run ("Start search" in Vista and Win 7), type in:
cmd
Click OK (hit Enter in Vista and Win 7).

2. At Command Prompt, paste this:
ipconfig /all>c:\ipconfig_all.txt&notepad c:\ipconfig_all.txt&exit
Hit Enter.

3. Copy and paste what you see in Notepad into a Reply here.

Ok in normal mode first heres the google one u wanted
Pinging google.com [74.125.95.147] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 74.125.95.147: bytes=32 time=92ms TTL=51
Reply from 74.125.95.147: bytes=32 time=92ms TTL=51
Reply from 74.125.95.147: bytes=32 time=119ms TTL=51
Reply from 74.125.95.147: bytes=32 time=99ms TTL=51

Ping statistics for 74.125.95.147:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 92ms, Maximum = 119ms, Average = 100ms

Now for the ip one in normal mode, it gave me this.

cannot find ipconfig_all.txt file
do you want to create a new one?? yes or no??

I didnt create nothing, cause i dont know if you want me to. I will also try these in safe mode and report those logs thanks

Here is the safe mode logs thanks.

Ping request could not find host google.com. Please check the name and try again.

We need to investigate couple of things here.

I assume this is desktop, correct?
Are you familiar with Pantech um185 mobile broadband usb modem?
It listed as "Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 3" in your log.

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection (NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet - your regular network adapter) seems to configured incorrectly.
"Default Gateway" value, which is responsible for your connection, is missing.

I suspect, that because your regular adapter (NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet) is not working, you're using wireless connection (Pantech um185 mobile broadband usb modem), not being even aware of it.
That would explain slower connection and the fact, that you don't have any connection in Safe Mode with Networking (many USB devices, like your wireless modem, won't work in Safe Mode).

Please answer my above questions and also let me know, what computer brand and model it is.
We'll go from there.

oh and pantech is mobile for texts on my usb, but my internet is called cricket broadband which is also located and named in the network connections. Like you said it might be configured wrong. but i have never changed any configuration with it since i first installed it, unless when i got hacked in my email a couple months ago it might have happened by them, but then how can they do that?????
