Looking for Software that ...

I am looking for two or maybe three spacific things.

1. Software that will auto backup a spacific file(s)
2. Encrypt these files
3. FTP send or email or auto file send to anothe computer on the net.

Kindly point me in a direction please.

Have you had a look at Cobian Backup?

Although this is not free Altaro Backup FS I belive it has what you want.

This could probably be done with a simple batch file, a scheduled task, and DropBox. Encryption would present a challenge, you'd likely need to find a good command-line cipher tool (or just put the files in a passworded Zip file using something like the 7-Zip command line tool) FTP would also be an option using the built-in command line FTP client. E-mail would require another tool. Of course this would get unwieldy for anything more than a few files.
