cannot find tb85net.exe 16 bit

i just purchase an older program and it would not open ,a massage cannot find tb85net.exe or one of its components comes up, it is from a toolbox software or program. i been reading that something about windows service pack 3 its erasing something everytime it boots up. i have windows xp home and service pack 3 , how can i fix this problem. thanks for any help.the software i want to install its : hvac computer learning system cd-rom.

Win XP SP2 will delete the autoexec file needed for 16-bit support each time it reboots. To overcome this, download the autoexec.nt file.

Microsoft has a solution.
