I'm working on a friends computer who is having issues with a printer. Ever since she bought a new computer she can't print anything. The computer is running Windows 7 32-bit, the printer is a Sharp AR-M257. The printer is properly hooked up and installed but any time a print job is sent, even a test page, there is an error and the job has to be canceled. I've tried different drivers, uninstalling and re-installing and nothing seems to work. The printer is set as default and is directly connected to the computer. It has to be something simple I'm just overlooking. Any ideas?

Did you download the drivers for Windows 7?
