Biggest problem with this laptop is the single core CPU, can't say for sure how much its worth, but personally i'd pay $150-$200 tops.

This laptop isn't to bad but it depends on the condition of the laptop.

good condition? Id say around 200. . .maybe go 250 or best offer and see what happens.

Also when you plan to sell it, you should uninstall all of the programs you installed and try to fix any problems that might persist.
