How to get rid of this annoying popup

Hi new here,

don't know if this is the correct place but here it is. after i log onto this forum on the upper rightside has my username Watchman123456 now i get this white box underneath it and will not go away and is covering up the search window so i cannot type anything in there, the white box shows

Manage Ignored users,

Please tell me how to get rid of it.. i clicked on everyone of them and still will not go away,, annoying....

Clicking your name, should in theory, hide the drop down menu. If not, what internet browser are you running and what version?
