Hello all

Joined this site as I am a bit of a computer dunce. I am good at spending the money to buy them but useless at maintenance

I have a Dell PC and a Toshiba netbook

The questions I have really are regarding the

# best security features to keep them safe
# the internet explorer page always closes after a few seconds on my netbook. How do I stop it?
# maintaining and caring for my netbook and PC so they run at optimum speeds. My PC is soooo slow right now I am not using it

If you guys can point me in the right posting direction I would be so happy
