PLEASE HELP :(( svchost.exe-No Disk??

a window that says "There is no disk in drive. Please insert disk into drive" \Device\Harddisk1\DR12 appears in my screen every time i plug a removable disk. my laptop may be infected with something because i cant exit the window! ARRGHH I DONT WANT TO REFORMAT MY LT AGAIN:(( PLEASE HELP :((
