I am new to this site. First time to come on here. I know a little about computers, no formal training though just self taught stuff. I can't figure out for the life of me how to get my Diagnostic Policy Service to come back on. not sure what to do and i've been lost for the last month trying to figure out what to do without having to re-format. maybe someone can push me in the right direction please? thank you to any and all help
