Hello one and all,

I run a small home-based computer tech business and if there is one thing I have found, you never seem to
"know it all" when it comes to fixing computers. Everytime you think that you're on top of it, there's something
new either in hardware, software, malware etc. that can cause issues that's here today and wasn't there yesterday.
The folks at Bleeping Computer are great and have helped me out of a bind many times with either their recommendations
for scanning tools, techniques etc. and ,of course, let's not forget the forums...

Right on Bleeping Computer!

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
