OK, with the upgrade appeared a new Icon on the desktop called "Homegroup". It keeps moving around on my desktop. I park it in one place and then all of the sudden, maybe after reboot it has moved. Whats that all about?

Right click on the desktop, then view. Do you have "align to grid" checked?

No, I don't run that way. I have a picture on my desktop and move my Icons around the picture. I have always done that. The only one (Icon) that seems to "wander" is the New Homegroup icon.
