First you will need to disable System Restore. This will delete any viruses within them.
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm

Then run these System Cleaners and delete everything found.
Ad-Aware SE

SpyBot S&D 1.3

Run this free Virus Scanner delete everything found.
TrendMicro House Call

Turn System Restore back on.

Make sure you are registered and your virus protection is up to date.

When Housecall said they weren't cleanable, did you try making sure they were highlighted and using the "delete" button?
