Hello. A nasty little program has infected my computer. I don't know much about it or what it is. It is a window that opens on my desktop with small animations that say "gaming, dating, spyware, xxx, insurance." It always pops up during start up and it freezes my ad-aware and spybot programs, so they stop working half way through. I'm not really great with computers so a litle help would be nice from anyone here...

Here is my log file:

Hi darth morbius and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer!

Download WinPFind:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/winpfind.php

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"

Don't use it yet

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - %windir%\bdoscandel.exe (file missing)

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{462E6C00-FBAA-4634-946A-D13F82C27863}: NameServer = 85.255.113.109,85.255.112.92

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{7FD54E08-97CB-4C24-8F7F-C11A781F8E3D}: NameServer = 85.255.113.109,85.255.112.92

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{8716EE19-25A8-4DB9-B1D1-31F6F5CE8A7E}: NameServer = 85.255.113.109,85.255.112.92

Click FIX CHECKED. Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

The fix will produce a report located at C:\fixwareout\report.txt

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...src=sec_doc_nam

From the WinPFind folder-> Doubleclick WinPFind.exe and Click "Start Scan"

It will scan the entire System, so please be patient

One you see "Scan Complete"-> a log (WinPFind.txt) will be automatically generated in the WinPFind folder

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab

Make Sure "Normal Startup-load all device drivers and services" has a green tick by it

Click Apply->Close->Follow the Prompts to Restart

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
F-Secure

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work

Save the Report it generates

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and the reports from WinPFind-> F-Secure and fixwareout\report.txt
