hello BC's i am really stumped here and i need help!

I have Virtual box setup and all i need is a XP iso to install on it, but every xp iso i torrented or downloaded were huge zip files with 100 different files and none which were .iso and i tried burning the zip files to my cd and running it from there but didn't work.
In the youtube tuts i watched they always have one desktop windowsxp.iso file and just boot from that but i can't find anything like it. How(where?) do i get a proper windows xp iso downloaded and use it to boot up a VM?

I am really humble just hit me with some advice i really need it please any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately we cannot allow this topic as to provide an .iso would be a violation of MS copyright.
