need admin persion to run

for last few days i been try to get firefox on my pc and it says i need to either use admin/ pass to run it. because it saying i dont have admin permissions on my account when it admin . im try to download firefox after it down that it states that. this sepprate from m other post witch this i just started to notic. having 90+ outgoing connections right now mostly of ie . it drops to about 30 -100connections , but sometimes over 100.
