I'm having a problem with the redirect virus on my desktop running Windows XP as well as my laptop running Windows 7. It's driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated. I don't know if we can tackle them both at the same time or if I need to do it separately because of the different operating systems. Thank you.

I'm using CA as my Antivirus software. I've tried Spybot, Superantispyware, Malwarebytes Antimalware, Kapersky TDSSkiller, and Emsisoft Anti-Malware. The last one found trojans on both machines and removed them but the redirect is still there. The others found nothing.

Sorry for the delay.

Do you use a wireless router in your home?
