tdl3 rootkit ,tdss.d!mem having problems removing included hijackthis log

I have been having a terrible time tring to remove redirect viruses from my computer, I have mcaffee anti virus software installed, it detects the tdss.d!mem virus but wont remove it? I have also run kaspersky anti virus software with no change? sometimes it will detect sometimes it won't ran their tdss killer also comes up clean? also ran Combofix still have redirect problems here is a hijack this log keep in mind I am a moderate user and no expert so please be patient Thanks Much...

I think I have this fixed with a router reset and dns flush ..I least its working for now...thanks for looking
