After reading other messages, I feel I have the Google redirect virus. I get sent all over the place when searching and my computer is slow on lots of occasions. Also, it fails to find some sites.

I downloaded Combofix after also reading about it, but being a silver surfer, I am a little confused what to do with an results from it.

As said, I dont have very much technical knowledge but any help would be greatly appreciated.

(I realise I should not have done so, after reading your instructions too late)but I ran Combofix and got a report. I did however, follow all instructions after that. Apologies, I did not realise I should not have done so without your instructions.

Can you assist me please as I am tearing my hair out?

Thank you.

Sorry, forgot to mention, I am using Windows 7

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Since you have run ComboFix, please include the ComboFix log in the new topic. Please be sure to include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you cannot produce any of the other logs, then please create the new topic anyway, include the information that you were unable to produce the other logs and why and include the ComboFix log along with a description of your computer issues.
