History: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic375155.html

Boopme (moderator) requested me to follow steps 6-9 of preparation guide, and skipping Gmer (use sysprot log instead that I have done earlier).

Note that I did both Sysprot and dds in Windows "Safe Mode" with networking, as administrator. If you want me to do this in a different environment, let me know.

See attached for 3 log files.

No response for nearly a week - so I am sure you guys understand I had to take this elsewhere (a different malware removal site) as we really need this computer back in operation.

Please go ahead and close/lock this thread - didn't want to see anyone waste time on this since I'm now with another malware removal site.

Thanks all.

It appears that this issue is resolved, therefore I am closing the topic. If that is not the case and you need or wish to continue with this topic, please send me or any Moderator a Personal Message (PM) that you would like this topic re-opened.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
