Well I am in need of a slimline sata power adapter, however, my PSU only has an extra "P5" mini-plug power connection remaining. Is there any adapters that could convert this P5 4-pin mini plug connection into a slimline sata power? If there is can someone navigate me to a store in which I can purchase it? I have checked Newegg and to no avail, could not find anything.

I'm not entirely sure, however, I believe that connection on that adapter if for the larger Molex for older drives and what not. I will provide some images just in case I'm not too clear are what I'm looking for. Basically the image shows the connection I have, and what I need an adapter for so that it supplies power to my slimline drive. Thank you for your help by the way, much appreciated :)

The power cable I have available

Now if there is an adapter available to convert this power cable to slimline sata power

It seems as if it would work, however it looks as if it is the male connector. Also sorry for image quality, my phone camera sucks a bit, but I managed to find another image if it helps.

I have seen certain adapters floating around but they all seem to have the male connection, but I would need a female connection adapter which gives off a slimline sata power connection

Sorry if I sound confusing :S

Okay this looks like what I'm looking for :)
So I can most likely get one of these, most likely this version of it however:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812718001

as Gelid is a pretty darn good company for their fans and whatnot, rather weird if you ask me that Dell uses this connection power my old DVD drive :/

and I assume I can then purchase that other adapter which uses male 4pin to slimline sata to power my drive?
