Hi -

I've tried all the tools available on Symantec. I've tried Panda, BitDefender, etc. I've even used the KillBox.exe to try to get rid of these two files but they keep coming back. I've lost access to RegEdit as well. Can anyone help? Here's the HijackThis log.

Hi lizard and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer!

This is one tough bugger to beat,I need to know if you have a Windows CD available since some critical Windows System Files have been compromised.

First try is to use the Sophos Removal Tool in hopes we can stop the infecting files.

All the info you need is in this link
http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/bagledlaa.html

Just download the removal tool
http://www.sophos.com/support/cleaners/bdlaagui.com

Double Click bdlaagui.com-> Click "Accept"

Click "Configuration"-> Place a tick by-> "Scan All Files" and "Verbose Logging" and Click "GO"

Please make sure all other Windows and Browsers are Closed and the Internet Connection is unplugged before click GO.

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log after running the removal tool.
