Hello! My OS is Windows XP professional service pack 3, the AV I was using was bitdefender until the malware disabled it. I tried with combofix and AVG in safe mode, as well as CCleaner, Spybot, bitdefender online scan and it didn't seem to work. Also, my programs can't minimize in taskbar, run works but search doesn't, AVG doesn't wanna start anymore and my sound is disabled. Administrative tools/services shows a blue section on extended, and standard/windows audio fails to start. Internet explorer won't open either. As I tried to reinstall my windows installer and seeing it fail it really looked hopeless. Heh
