I had asked this question once before quite awhile back, to no avail...I am hoping somebody has some new info that might help me.

I made a Video slide show, complete with music & effects, in Windows Movie Maker...it took me weeks to complete. Was meant to be a surprise gift for my whole family but I have never been able to get it saved properly. When I save it in "small" it saves fine, but it is too small and does not show the pics as well as they should look. But...whenever I try to save it in "big" it hangs on one picture...everytime....always a different picture....music continues but it hangs on one pic....aaaargh!!

I have tried many of the different "large" formats and always the same outcome...

I just can't start all over again...much less in another program that I know nothing about cause that would just take me longer to do it what with the learning curve and everything....sigh...

Can anybody please help???? :(

Right forum...but, IMO, hardly anyone uses WMM for slideshows.

So much 3d-party software is better (WMM hasn't been updated/improved since at least the debut of SP2) that WMM may seem like a bad choice for such tasks.

Just my opinion...

Louis
