I have been looking at these for a while now. I love the over all package they have, yet sometimes that really doesn't tell you much. I am having a hard time finding anyone that knows much about computers or even knows anything about the VAIO's.

Can someone give me their advice on these? What are their pros and cons. How well do they hold up over time? I really want a laptop that is going to last a few years. I hate having to replace everything all the time.

Thank you for your opinion.

Sony computers aren't that bad but i prefer Toshiba, those can last pretty damn long if they are maintained well.

The battery does not last too long, 3-3 1/2 hours.

The design look nice, but the parts are made something else.
