I used malware program (malwarebytes.org) to remove infected files and now internet or email doesn't work.

I tried a couple simple things from postings now looks like need help from pro.

Down loaded hijackthis and did log file

help please!

Hi Jag & welcome to the forum!

Check the proxy settings.
Control panel - internet options - connection tab - lan settings button
Under the proxy settings make sure that use a proxy server is unchecked.

Let us know if you need further help so that we can get this moved to the appropriate forum

The proxy server is unchecked.

If this doesn't work then post in Networking.

Go to Start ... Run and type in cmd
A dos Window will appear.
Type in the dos window: netsh winsock reset
Click on the enter key.

Reboot your system to complete the process.
