I have been working on identifying the source of the computer slow down, unwanted pop-ups and data confiscation that is happening on the laptop. The trojans IRC-MOCBOT, svwhost.exe, and rpcsvc.exe have been identified by various scanners and other tools. Now it is time to get rid of them. If you could, please give me some direction in the process I should take to clean up the mess that is on the laptop.
Thanks<><
