Winfixer/vundo Reappears After Removal

After following your well detailed steps to remove the Vundo from my father's computer a few days ago it seems to have reappeared - caught in Norton AV 2005 as an adware threat. (BTW his computer has slowed quite a bit). I ran HIjackThis and have no entries in the 02 or 020 sections as described in the fix for this. I have his current log that I can post. What should my next step be?

THere can be left over files or it is in Sys Vol (Restore points)

Where doe it say they are and what are they
