Need help with HiJackThis

Hi My computer is running very slow and takes forever to boot. I don't really want to format and start again as I have a lot of information on this computer. If you could help I would appreciate it. I have run Hijack This and got the attached log file. Could you please help analyze it. Thank you.

I don't see a log attached. But thats all well and good because this is not the correct forum for that. Please follow these directions: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html

And you'll be able to post your logs for help in the proper forum.
