Building a webcam chat website

If anyone is interested in working with me to a build a new webcam chat
website please either PM me or post to this board.

The main goal is to build a website that will have full webcam chat
and make improvements over current chat websites. I already have a domain
name and hosting setup, you will receive access to the server if you want
to help with the project and are selected.

php knowledge or desire to learn
html & mySQL experience
knowledge of being an administrator or moderator of a website

There are softwares that enable you to use your web cam and chat You can get a conference room that will hold 50 people and you can text chat and use your video. What were you planning on using it for ? I certainly can introduce you to the product
