I had to reload and exported copies of my files and subfiles as .pst files. One file is called backup, one is mailbox, another is personal and the last one is archieve.

I had 4 different email address in 2 inboxes. 3 emails to one inbox and associated folders and a ms exchange connection to the other inbox and associated folders.

I reloaded Outlook added one of the three ID's and then had a technican add the ms exchange email. I then imported all the .pst files to the and ended up with 3 inboxes and the other email adress associated with the MS exchange outbox and inbox.

I ended-up creating 2 profiles and have mixed messages and folders, but I think now I can control the future of the out and inboxes since they are profiles.

I still need to import the .pst files that I exported, but I'm concerned about making bad ID's and bringing in the wrong emails. I have configured the ID's, but will I still have to worry when importing the .pst files?

Thank you very much
