Our new gmail account will not import contacts or old emails from our outlook (2003) account. When we first tried it, it would forward current emails only. We cancelled the gmail account and openned a new one after reloading the outlook program to make sure that wasn't the problem. Now the gmail account still won't forward contacts and old emails, but also stopped forwarding current emails after the first one. Questions;
1 How do we get the gmail account to import contacts and emails, old and new?
2 When we cancelled the first gmail account, it wouldn't let us reuse our original user name. Is there any way we can recover that name?
3 If none of the above, is there a more user friendly email service out there. We still want to get away from outlook.
Thanks for reading this lengthy essay.
